I really like the Pollo Loco and the Street Corn Chicken Bowl is delicious and very cheap! It's worth it, I recommend it! 😉

8/11/24 I parked close to the entrance. I ordered the Tacos al Carbon combo on their app. I submitted my order & went inside (no more than 1 minute). It was already on ? the counter!?! I figured I would've had enough time to go wash my hands... Guess not ?. Cilantro salsa & red salsa was good. At least it's a covered plate so the food stays warm. It was very cold, & thank God I had my jacket. No tint on the extra huge windows, & there was too much glare in the front of dining room.

Great tasting chicken and delicious rice and beans
I placed an order online and when we got there to pick it up the lady Jazmine with very bad attitude telling she wasn’t able to find my order , she was acting very careless Did not tell me to wait for it she just left the counter unattended and me in the limbo … what a ugly service Sorry but it was a very unsatisfactory experience

Ratchet-nasty place. Found a pubic hair in my burrito, manager refused to do anything about it or offer a refund which is kind of hilarious but still sucks on my end lol. Normally I enjoy pollen Loco but this location is pretty gross. More staff members than teeth at this location too, not sure if that's the meth use or what.

This is the second time that I leave a review on this pollo loco, it cant be possible HOW MANY TIMES THEY RUIN MY ORDER they just put on my bag whatever they want instead of what I order, thanks to this im not going to any pollo locos franchise anymore and I will make sure to tell all the people I know how bad your services is. Thanks for nothing and making me waste my money and my time.
