Consistent Tex-Mex food and service and atmosphere are location by location some better than others. Tried one of their new chicken bowls it was okay. Next time I'll go back to my old standards tostada bowls. But like always it's pretty consistent food

Is just another Pollo Loco franchise. I was surprised when I didn’t see any more chips and salsas bar, since when? The chicken pieces were very small and smell weird… I have to admit the place is very clean

I parked close to the entrance. I ordered the Tacos al Carbon combo on their app. I submitted my order & went inside (no more than 1 minute). It was already on ? the counter!?! I figured I would've had enough time to go wash my hands... Guess not ?. Cilantro salsa & red salsa was good. At least it's a covered plate so the food stays warm.
It was very cold, & thank God I had my jacket. No tint on the extra huge windows, &...
