One of the best Mexican snack food/raspa stands in the RGV. Been coming here since I was a kid. Great prices and good portions. I would definitely recommend the elote en vaso. Their elote sauce is amazing.
Near corner of Gumwood and 23rd, McAllen. Great tasting Sno Cones (raspas). Excellent prices. I love the raspa de piña with pulpa (pulp) de tamarindo added to the top! (p.s. "pulpo"in Spanish is octopus. This is pulpa!) People who can't park or drive one-way love going here. Shared parking with restaurant of the month next door. Signage not obvious.
