I was in there about three hours ago rudest rudest person in charge, I asked d her for her name that she couldn’t give me her name then I asked for her manager‘s name that she wasn’t allowed to give her that either, which I find that very odd. She doesn’t even know how to speak English, I believe A person left in charge should be able to speak English Wouldn’t even let me talk RUDE…… my daughter purchased a yogurt, which one of the items was spoiled, and she argued with me that it was not….
So Robert, I hope you have a talk with your employees.
The customer is always right!!!
And by the way, I don’t usually do reviews but today I felt I had to do it cause she was so freaking RUDE

Overall exotic berry was the most cleanest places I’ve been I always saw the workers working and they answered all my questions The workers are really sweet They deserve more pay!!

I had a great experience at this store. I just came by right now everything was nice and clean, and the employees were really kind and helpful. They made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again.

There’s one employee in particular with an especially ugly attitude, for lack of better words. And even though she said she couldn’t let us know the name of the stores owner, I hope Robert finds out soon that there needs to be someone else in charge that actually knows how to speak to customers. I’ll spare all the other details of the overall unpleasant interaction that just unfolded.

I forgot how expensive frozen yogurt can be! It was alright, but I definitely prefer real ice cream or Gelato! I had 2 flavors. The Dark Chocolate had a nice flavor, but I could barely taste the Nutella. That was disappointing. Adding the Nutella drizzle helped the flavor.

Machines are always empty. To have that many girls working. There’s no excuse to not have anything.

The yogurt is super yummy, I also ordered a smoothie and it tasted good as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a refresher. The prices were decent

Visited this establishment today Saturday, the environment itself felt very unwelcoming, we weren't greeted also they keep the cups in the behind a glass & have to ask for them or wait if they are attending other people to ask.. also the topping are behind the glass aswell.. i would suggest they wear a hairnet the women who handed me the smoothies had a hair on her hand as she was handing them over to me..i will say it is kept very clean the bathroom needed more toilet paper and papertowels!
