DO NOT TRUST THEIR SCALE PRICE GOUGING! I’ve been to multiple yogurt places, including the Exotic Berry in nolana Rd,McAllen, and none of them overcharge like this one. I got two 16oz cups with a small amount of yogurt together they weighed only 20.4oz total on the scale. Yet they charged me over $30 close to $40I compared the same order and weight with the McAllen location and even other local frozen yogurt shops none came close to this ridiculous price. The cups weren’t even full. Either their scale is tampered with or rigged, or they’re straight up scamming customers.I don’t appreciate being ripped off and will never return. Be warned: always double check the weight and total before you pay, or better yet go somewhere honest.

Horrible service. I just passed by planning to have a nice time with my mom and sister, and the cashier was rude. She didn’t want to accept a $50 bill because she wouldn’t have “change” for the rest of the clients. Businesses should have change. She refused to give me my ice cream that was already customized unless I payed with a smaller bill. Her tone was horrible. I asked what I was supposed to now since I didn’t have change, she said, “No. I’m sorry, but I’m not giving you your ice cream.” Her name is Marina S, as said on the receipt. Will not be attending this location again.

This place used to be good. I asked a question and the girl told me you “speak it the Spanish” I said yes; so I said why is the yogurt so soft and is where the chocolate? She looks at other girl and says why? she says that’s the way it is. And I know it’s not, my family and I left.

Zero start if it was possible!! Went yesterday with my kids we hadn't gone in a while and it used to be very good and they had a good variety and most machines were working.My daughter loves the pistachio flavor so naturally she gets some and when she tries it, she said it was different from other times she's had it. I asked the lady if we could get another one because that flavor was different, and she said she still had to charge us for it. Which i thought was very rude because we were still gonna buy others. She refused to let us change it. We still paid and had the worst customer service. No variety and bad flavors. Do not go to this location.

Two days in a row we come before 11 who ever has been closing closes before the time posted online. She literally locks the door as she is cleaning inside. As you can see the time on my phone is 10:36 and doors are locked.

First time bringing my little one here. He had a dentist appointment and figured FroYo afterwards was the way to go. The staff was super friendly and patient with us while we chose flavors and a smoothie. Everything was fresh and tasty. Thank you
