This is the best Exotic Berry in the area. Every dispenser of yogurt and gelato was being used unlike at other locations. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It also has a better supply of toppings than any other Exotic Berry.

the frozen yogurt at the mall, the lady in charge gave me the most ugliest attitude that I had to speak up for myself. She was fighting me a cup that needed to be replaced because they had the signs of the frozen yogurt wrong, and I had told her as a feedback to at least put a sign that the machine is mislabeled and if I can have another cup because my coffee frozen yogurt came out color green? ofc I needed a new cup. This lady looked older, in her 40s, i can't believe she started to argue with me, I even told her that I apologize but your customer satisfaction was not it! pls stop putting these older women to attend the customers if they are going to be stingy and with a whole ass attitude. Me and my sister left disappointed! We really wanted our frozen yogurt :( but I'm glad I waited to go to black mint! I will definitely go now there for my frozen yogurt

I poured cookies and cream in a bowl and it was watery so I got a new cup and got another one, same thing. So I gave up and left those there to one side, (no trash can to be found). Got my girls two cups of yogurt with sprinkles and when paying the lady starts running to grab those water down cups and puts them on the scale so I can be charged for watery yogurt that I didn’t want. I don’t believe I should of been charged for melted yogurt that I didn’t even taste. Just awful service.

Says it’s open until 10:30 pm..we arrived at 9:55 pm and they were closed. 2 employees inside made eye contact with us and didn’t even bother telling us there were closed. Just looked away and continued to count money from the register they had already closed.

I really like all the ingredients and how you can scoop your own toppings, but either the scale here is wrong or they're charging more per ounce because the prices here are shockingly high. I've been to another location and the prices for about the same amount are just way more expensive here. I should have kept the receipt so I could compare but be careful adding toppings here because your little half full yogurt cup will be like $15+

The "smoothie" was basically just strawberry and melted ice. It had absolutely no flavor and for $7 it is a complete rip-off. It's wasn't even busy but they still somehow managed to make a terrible product.
