Exotic Berry Frozen Yogurt

I visited the Jackson branch today after some time and here we go again it was 10:00pm today Friday August 30, 2024, staff was already picking up all tables and chairs one hour prior to closing. I was sitting down waiting for my daughter and her friend to order and the lady kept looking at me to pick up the chairs and table. Prior to this visit not too long ago. another lady was very rude and ask me to get up from my chair because they needed to start cleaning. Honestly 4 staff members, I don’t think it will take an hour to mop and clean a small area like this one. They should leave maybe 2 tables and chairs until about 10:30-10:45pm until the last customer walks out . Due to this experience! I can only rate a 1 star to this location! Extremely unprofessional staff!

You can never use the bathroom because it is always out of service, excellent service but not having the bathroom available takes away many points.

The yogurt is delicious and the staff is friendly. I give it 2 stars because I've been here several times and they don't have a bathroom function. The truth is that that takes away from the place since any food place must have a bathroom in operation to Customers, I hope they fix this soon!!

I got to the place 10 minutes before closing as soon as I park the ladies working, run to turn off the lights and lock the door. I try opening the door because the sign at the door clearly says that they’re still open however all I got was ugly stares and faces. Horrible Staff, I never gotten this treatment at any other locations.

I love coming to this place with my cousin because it is a very nice place, and the people there speak Spanish and are super affectionate. They gave the best service, not like in other exotic berries.
