The quality of the food is excellent—great taste and generous portions. I really enjoyed it. However, the nutritional information on the sticker is not accurate. I weighed the food myself using a food scale and calculated the macros and calories, and the actual values were nearly double what was listed. I believe this is something that definitely needs to be addressed for those of us who closely track our intake. This is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars—otherwise, it would’ve been a solid 5-star review. I hope they can fix this, because everything else is truly great.
The plate was the chicken and fried rice, and FYI I also have a digital scale.

It was my first time ordering and she helped me so much! she was soo sweet and very polite 10/10 customer service, these days a lot of employees tend to be short or get frustrated with questions, she did not. Very positive attitude definitely will continue ordering from u guys! The food tastes amazing too! Most meal prep places food tastes a little bland but u guys def take time on these meals. Chefs kiss! 🤯👌🏻😋

I've tried build a prep and fork to fit, by far Fit Grill is the best in mu opinion. Love the poblano stuffed peppers and the chicken fried rice, among the other meals. Just simply Amazing!! I will definitely keep on going 😋

I love FitGrill and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. However, my recent visit left me very upset. We waited over an hour for our pizzas. After placing our order, we waited in the car, and the front desk girl came out to inform me that the order hadn’t made it to the kitchen and asked if I still wanted the pizzas. I agreed, but I wasn’t offered any apology. She then said it would take 15-20 minutes. When our pizzas finally arrived, about 30 minutes later, one of them was undercooked. By that point, I was already frustrated, and since the kitchen was closed by the time I received my pizza, I didn’t bother to go back.
