They say they have 5 plates for 45 then change it up to 5 plates for 50. They don’t ask for your number so you get the points. I like the food but I might just start going to ForktoFit and get honest business. I saw they also have promo codes they don’t have that here.

Man I’m glad I found this spot. They have some of the best tasting dishes with the highest protein content out of most of the food prep spots here in the valley. They have convenient hours as well. Also, they’re selection on meals, snacks, and deserts are awesome. Enjoy guilt free on some delicious deserts. Oh, and they have a hot food menu with pizza, tacos, burgers, and more. All healthy, all within macros, and good protein. If you’re serious about your nutrition and tasty food, this is the spot. I’m making this my regular go-to spot.

So far, their food is the best tasting out of the other local meal prep companies here in the valley. I have had no issues so far with my meals. Everything is very tasty, everyone there is friendly, and the Hot Meal Menu is delicious. I'm excited for the new location opening int south McAllen in the future which is a lot closer to me.

It's one of the better meal prep places I've tried. Unlike Fork to Fit, they usually have fresh meals with about a 5 day expiration time. I will say that sometimes the meals get repetitive and bland and if you get meal preps every week you'll probably want to switch between here and other places.
Fit grill meals are absolutely delicious and healthy! I moved out of state and I sure do miss the meals from here. In my new town, they don’t have any healthy meal prep options. :(
