I ordered quite a few cookies and when received , it was very poor packaging and FULL of ants. I requested a refund and they advised it was fare to only reimburse half of my money….in other words, they basically stole half my money and didn’t even offer to send me a new batch or maybe even half.

If you are ordering from another state, I do not recommend it.They tell you that it is three days when in reality it is 5 or more and when you call them to ask about your order, they tell you that they will call you back and they never do, I think they really don't care about customer service. Facebook should remove this bakery's ad.

Placed my order before Valentines Day. When I ask for updates I get the same message… it takes 5-6 business days to complete order, do you want to cancel or wait? This is a place that was not ready for online orders or ads. There was no indication of a week wait for ordering. It also states 3 days to ship. So at this point after ordering on the 11th, I will get my order 4-5 days from now… IF it goes out within the next day or so.

I, placed my order online. However, I was very disappointed at the mini marranitos. The marranitos tasted like raw cookie dough. I expected the good original flavor of the marranitos you buy at any Mexican bakery. I do not recommend the marranitos!

Innovative bakery shop inside the Mercado District. The shop is very small, but they have a very significant amount of inventory. Almost everything looks fresh and appealing to the buyer. The lady at the register was very nice and friendly. Pastries delicious ?
This place is super cool! They sale mini conchitas, mini marranitos, empanaditas, and they are delicious!!! I totally recommend it!

The absolute best work I’ve seen in the RGV! My husband ordered some Halloween Conchas and they are just the cutest I’ve ever seen. They taste like heaven too! Absolutely worth it!! I purchased the "EL GRITO" box as part of my Mexican Independence celebration later that evening. The presentation was adorable, and the conchas were tasty. I was pleasantly surprised the bigger conchas were filled with Nutella. Although the bakery was farther than I anticipated, it was worth the drive!
