Bad service even though the drinks taste very good, they close early, from 45 minutes to 1 hour
Good customer service and great coffee
Ive always said gloria jeans is the best hands down better than starbucks even the customer service is great they are always so polite. But they do seems to run out of ingredients more often than not. I know it's happened to me a lot more than once where I get a certain drink and it's not the same ingredients. I really wish they would disclose that when they are out of the regular ingredients, so we the paying customer can either choose to get something else or just not get anything at all. I hope they start taking this advice into consideration. But other than that everything else is up to par in my book. The hot white chocolate mocha and the white chocolate cookie are the best!

This was the most delightful experience. Amazing service. Fast workers. And super nice and attentive customer attention. This lady named Paola went above and beyond with my order. 10/10 huge recommend. (P.S.The cutest guys take orders in this location)

Used to love coming here on my break to get matcha. I think the guy that made my drink stopped working there bc nobody there seems to know what matcha over ice is. It's literally just matcha and water with ice. They always add milk or creamer now. Not going there anymore /: love the music
