Order placed at 7:23 PM and Bryan M said the wait would be 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, three cars that were behind us were served before we were. My husband went inside and Bryan M told him “10 more minutes,” then changed it to “actually 5 minutes.” Ten minutes later, still nothing. When I went inside, our food was already packed and sitting at the counter, but Bryan M made no effort to bring it out or update us. There was no line and only one family inside, yet the wait time doubled with no communication.
Food never disappoints but more communication would have been appreciated.

Food poor chicken salad quality. I gave the service a 3 star because the staff member I spoke with was professional and respectful. Dont know what happened today but the overall food quality was not there today.

Place is legendary, best chicken in texas. I honestly believe that and always come here whenever I want that juicy and delicious chicken. I wouldn't have it anywhere else

Went throw the inside to order, employees were polite, good customer service & food didn't even take that long to come out 5 or 6 minutes after I had order.

It’s always good to eat here it’s quite and tranquil. Service does need to be a little better sometimes they are attentive to the customer but sometimes they make it seem that they are doing a favor to the customers

The buns they use are delicious, they are sweet and buttery, the chicken for the sandwich is delicious when made fresh, I really enjoy their chicken sandwich.
I love the fries they make here, they are I believe battered and taste really good.
I would give 0 stars to the service received by the "manager" we paid $49 which is not cheap at all, got an 18 piece tender with sides, asked for lotta zing and a lady gave us 2 packs, I asked for some more and he said rudely "it just comes with a sample and you can buy a bottle instead" told him "I bought an 18 piece" he laughed at me closed the drive thru window on my face😡, owners needs to pay more attention on who he hires, this man has no customer service at all!! I wonder if the Lotta Zing comes out of his paycheck! Will never go to this location again!!
