Ate today food was amazing. Ordered half salad and sandwich all was very flavorful and filling. The Mango dressing is to dream for. They have fresh fruit waters with no sugar that taste great and you can have unlimited refills. Definitely recommend and I will be going back. Prices are reasonable and staff is very kind

First time trying this place. I order the chicken salad combo. It was good, but it was missing some flavor. I think maybe salt. ? I loved the salad for sure. I can see myself going there again. I think the drink I got was water with cucumber and another fruit. The water still hadn't gotten the flavor so I traded it for the cucumber lemonade. Now that tasted much better. Friendly staff and fast service.

Usually like eating here from time to time but this orders chipotle sauce tasted odd, I thought maybe they added more cilantro to make it bitter but sadly there was a rubber band in the chipotle, the taste came from the rubber and I'm unsure if I ate some...

I previously rated their food 5 stars, but today's order was awful!!!! first of all the salmon was not whole like the last time i order the salmon salad, it was just a few pieces- like 3 small nuggets, it was dry, and tasted old, I also paid for the addition of egg, their definition is 3 slices of boiled egg, not even half of a boiled egg!!! It was nothing like the picture or previous salmon salad. The person I spoke with was not receptive to my concern and complaint and was rude to say the least. If this is the quality of food that Gumbos will now be serving...Don't waste you time, money or frustration on this place.

Call in advance to place order they said it would be ready in 7 minutes, I get to the restaurant and my order is not ready after 15-20 minutes. Ladies behind counter are laughing, hugging each other and on their phones instead of prepping orders.

This possibly could be the healthiest eatery in the Valley. The food is high quality and prepared at chef quality from their first rate sandwiches to their delicious Lentil soup, my favorite. Check out their menu and you will understand where I am coming from, a clever fusion of ingredients. Their drink bar is outstanding, cucumber lemonade? Yet tasty and refreshing. Highly recommend

I had been a regular customer but I don't think I will consume Gumbo's again, today I ordered a combo to go and the salad was not fresh as they usually make it, it felt hot, they only put walnut kernels and only lettuce, no spinach, if they don't have the ingredients I think they can let the customer know, I asked for no dressing on the sandwich and they did, and another very important thing that I saw the owner or whoever is in charge pay attention to, the 3 plates that are as a sample along with the sodas and cakes are completely full MOLD this looks quite unhealthy and lack of attention from the employees themselves and the fact that those spoiled plates of food are not removed.I hope they fix these problems and serve fresh food.
