First ever disappointed at the service and food. Sat at bar top and the bartender was so disorganized and kept disappearing. She forgot to put in order! No silverware and when we asked the other server she threw the bartender under the bus!

The manager in the red shirt with glasses deserves a 1-star rating. He lacks customer service skills and doesn't know how to treat his employees. What really bothered me was when the waitress needed change for me, and he told her to wait because he was busy talking to some regular at the bar

I had the extra crispy hot sauce wings. Chicken taste old perhaps frozen and the sauce was gritty. I ordered for pick up and halfway home the chicken was in the trash. Disappointed this use to be my go to spot for wings!

I met this brand in the mid 90's in St Louis,MO. I loved the atmosphere and the attention of the waitresses. After visiting many Hooters restaurants in various parts of the USA, this one in McAllen is very below standard.

Been coming here for the past few months and the service is expectionally well and consistent. The waffle fries are the best, also crispy and fresh. Destiny has been my favorite bartender by a long shot. I don't recommend going for lunch during the week because multiple times I've noticed they only have one server and it can get packed and be overwhelming for her.
