Hop Tung Vietnamese Chinese Restaurant offers a mix of great food and service. The dim sum and sticky rice are standout dishes. The General Tso is the best in the valley with thin breading and an amazing sauce. The Singaporean Meefun and Beef ho fun are very flavorful. Another soup to try is the Chicken Tom Kah. The eggrolls are the best and the pina colada tapioca slushie is so good. The restaurant has a welcoming mom-and-pop feel with a nice environment and jazz music. The server was kind and attentive. However, the food quality has sometimes deteriorated with awful taste and smaller portions.
