The male owner is a jerk. My ex stopped going there because he was such an... Now I know what he meant. I asked him for a Thai ice tea with not much ice, he said with or without? I thought he didn't hear me so I repeated myself and said not very much ice. He told me we can only do yes or no ice because I don't know how much ice you want. I said less than what you usually put on. He said I don't know how much you want so yes or no ice, I said little ice. He rang me up and when I got the Thai Ice tea from the lady it had extra ice. What an.... He lost my business too. He is always rude like he is doing his customers a favor. Wake up man, you need to treat your customers right, they are doing YOU a favor.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don’t know if they were the owners but they were so rude! As soon as we walked in they took a long time so we thought we could just sit down , because they saw us enter and never said anything so when we were about to sit the guy is like we have to sit you down but in the most rude way and then the lady grabs the menus and is about to sit us down and shouts at us you have to order fast because we are closing soon , we were there at 8:50 pm and the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm , just horrible experience honestly.

We've loved this place for the food and location. But in the past few years, the food and service have declined , and the fact that they don't have high chairs or buster seats for small children it makes no sense since it is a "family" restaurant. It's such a shame.

Went there for Dim Sum and had reasonably high expectations but it turned out to be the worst Dim Sum ever. Far from being fresh, it tasted horrid! The vegetable dumpling had a strange smell and the skin was thick and grey! The lava salted egg bun was disgusting! It also had a weird smell and taste. Unfortunately, this is the sad state of affairs in the Valley which lacks a decent Chinese restaurant. Those people who had given positive reviews of the dim sum do not know what dim sum is! If you have eaten decent Chinese food elsewhere stay away from this place. The only thing truly edible here is the Vietnamese food, not the dim sum! And the price was also a shocker considering the quality you get!

We are from out of town hoping to eat some Asian Fusion food. Our party is 8 people with 2 little kids. We walked in and they denied us from service immediately because our party is too big and they only have 1 server. I would understand if the place was busy but it was so empty. I dont understand whats the point of opening a business / restaurant if you are gonna treat people this way. Its a Saturday, arent you supposed to be prepared for customer coming in? Seriously need to reconsider their work ethics. Its unbelievable.

The man in the front who’s supposed to be seating us was very rude & would give us attitude. My mother and I waited patiently to be seated until he started giving her attitude and saying “I told you it was going to be a long wait.” My mom and I didn’t mind waiting but we ended up leaving by the way he was speaking to us. We will not be coming back :)
