Friday afternoon only us as clients!! Bad service, tough meat, two adults and two children who did not eat because the chicken strips were more breaded than chicken $54 dlls. We will not return not recommended!! In the end one of my 1 year old granddaughters threw 2 baby seats on her head and no one asked if she was okay! And all because it took them more than 7 minutes to attend to us to pay!!.. very bad experience!

If ask for hot sauce for the food, syrup for pancake, crepes or waffles you will be charge extra since it is not included on the plates. Is not the price that you pay but the sample that they bring you. I paid $2.50 for a small amount of hot sauce and it's not allow to bring outside food or drinks. When ask why only that location charges, server insisted that it was the managers rules. Will continue to go to IHOP in Shary Rd, Conway, and Peñitas. But never here.Parking: Very small parking lot. It is share with other businesses

My family and I stopped to eat dinner after the rodeo. We normally have a decent experience at IHOP. This time we had an odd waiter named Eric. He was not a bad waiter my complaint is that he accidentally spilled a whole cup of coffee on my wife’s lap and ran and got a hand towel and picked up the mess on the table and never apologized. He can back and said “you ready to order “ we looked at him and told him to wait bc my wife was burned. He turned around and left and never came back. Another waiter came to take our order. We thought about leaving but our kids were hungry and it was late so we decided to stay. Terrible customer. Never coming back. I have reached out to corporate.

Stopped at this location after a long shift, I can tell you I was just thinking of getting the pancakes. However, after meeting my brother at the location I decided on having the sirloin tips a favorite of mine that I have not gotten in a while. We placed the order and my brothers fish and shrimp was yummy! Mine though, I was disappointed. The portion was smaller than what I have been served in the past, but I didnt mind at all what I did not like was the flavor. It had a reheated taste to it and it some were well done or med well when I had asked for medium. The manager did allow for me to swap out my dish for something else. I truly appreciate the discretion and the quick turn out time. I am one very happy customer, will definitely return to this location.
