Last night as of 10:30 ish March 15,2025 I went through the drive thru and the girl would make me repeat my order 3 times and change up her speaking language to Spanish then English and switch back again…very childish and unprofessional and saw this young girl laughing like it’s funny, she needs to be fired

The lady at the window was super rude 100% sighed when I asked for bbq sauce and then threw it at me and closed the window. I get having a bad day but its just sauce. Food was hot, drinks were cold but that attitude was so uncalled for thanks jack in the box I'll be going to whatabuger from now on I guess >_>

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Waited for more than 20 minutes and still no one approached me to take my order. They were all over the place arguing with each other.

I advise to not visit this establishment even if it was the only food in a 500 mile vacinity. They will find every way imaginable to disappoint you and make the experience horrible! I also love how my TWO jr BACON cheeseburgers came without bacon!

I went to consume and they only had window service
I’m a door dasher and work during the night. Tonight I had to wait for the female employee to finish talking at least 15 minutes+ in the drive thru with a friend in the car. 11/18/24 3:54am.
Food was fast and hot!
