Ordered for my sons after a long drive, the app said “wrapping up.” Turns out we waited too long for nothing, they gave our order to someone else! No apology, no effort to fix it—just attitude and excuses. Don’t waste your time or money here. They clearly don’t care about customers or getting orders right.

Food is fine but the restaurant is absolutely disgusting the restrooms are so gross you can’t even use them in peace there was no toilet paper in both restrooms and it wasn’t even early morning makes me wonder how the kitchen is.

Terrible terrible terrible. Food was ice cold and I asked for only mayo as condiment on the burger and they didn’t add that but they did add ketchup and scraped it off before giving it to me. When I spoke to the manager about it he grabbed the munchie box from me and slammed it into the trash can and slammed the door. When he brought back the remake it had pickles on it and sauce on the tacos when I asked for no sauce. DO NOT GO HERE! I have 8 years of fast food experience as a manager and this is not how u make food or act in front of customers. Yahir was the name on the receipt idk if that was the manager but he needs to work on his professionalism.

I've been going here for a couple weeks since I'm in town for work. The night shift girl keeps getting my order incorrect and when she does get it correct, the fries are cold as ice. Needs new night shift employees.
I found a hair in my burger tonight at a round 1:30 am I wanted a late night meal and I ended up with hair in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting

Jack in the Box is a great place to eat! The staff was super friendly and made the visit enjoyable. I ordered the Jumbo Combo, which really hit the spot, and topped it off with some delicious crispy tacos. Definitely satisfied my craving! Only recommendation is for the eating area tables benches to be cleaned more often. I had to clean a table to eat on no one were clean

Love going to this jack in the box because it's near my home. But the SERVICE IS TRASH. There is only one lady that works in the morning who provides excellent service however, the kids that work the night shift are rude and provide poor services. Multiple times I have waited for my order in the waiting parking areas JUST for them to give me my food cold as if it was just sitting on the counter.

Last night as of 10:30 ish March 15,2025 I went through the drive thru and the girl would make me repeat my order 3 times and change up her speaking language to Spanish then English and switch back again…very childish and unprofessional and saw this young girl laughing like it’s funny, she needs to be fired
