Go somewhere else. This used to be my go-to Jack in the Box, but after horrible service the last couple of times, I would not be wasting my time or money here ever again. There's been times I ordered 5 pc chicken strips and gave me 4 or 3. I pay $14 for the 5 pc, not the 3. Nevertheless, I let it go. Went today, spent $14 on a 5 piece combo meal, and was being charged for sauce???? They gave me one sauce for 5 pc chicken strips, unbelievable. Meanwhile, on the app, the sauces are free. This place likes to rob it's costumers. I would understand if it was raising canes but Jack in the box?? Come on. I don't want a "we are sorry for the inconvenience" type apology simply because I will never step foot in a jack in the box ever again.

I don't know, just the appearance of the employee makes me not want to eat my food here. Dirty appearance, they look sloppy and like they don't even follow food protocols. Rather drive 5 minutes to the one on Nolana & 29th St. The two times I've been here always get moved up to the front. Honestly I don't recommend

The seats and bathrooms were a little uncomfortable, there was spilled water, the food was very good, the guys were very friendly and 10 for being bilingual.
Definitely skeptical about anyone who has me park when I’m the only one and just ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers. Turns out my skepticism was right. 11:30 pm Thursday 26th of July.

Tonight, the food was absolutely horrible. The burger was dry and flavorless with stale buns and the curly cue fries was a bunch of burnt pieces. Just horrible. And the girl that was taking my order through the drive thru kept trying to give me a dr. Pepper several times even though I ordered a coke. Absolutely pathetic considering a combo meal is over $10 now and the food was horrible.
