Placed an order online. Was told it was 7-9 mins. Still 30 mins later and still waiting for the order. They should staff AT LEAST 2 more people. No greeting when you walk and not one person has come to the register in almost 20 mins I’ve been standing here waiting. Just having more staff manning the front and helping with orders couldnsolve a lot of problems!!

Service was mid, and they kept forgetting if they got me stuff like BBQ sauce and my drink. The food was also just okay. I’m mainly comparing it to Wendy’s or other fast food joints.

The employee at the drive-thru seemed unhappy to be working. She seemed annoyed. The curly fries were cold and soggy, as if they were already old and tasted like they were fried in old oil that needed to be replaced.
