As you walk in you see nobody or someone on their phone, I stood at the counter for a few minutes before I called put to see if anyone was there and the only person that helps you is the one taking orders from the drive thru. The food taking a while is fine at least I know it's fresh. I've gone in a fee times and have seen children laying in chairs with blankets. But mainly the service is just very poor
