I wish I can give zero stars. The customer service here sucks!! There's a name on my receipt that says esmeralda H. I don't know if that's the manager but there is also a manager there who completely ignored me. All I wanted was buffalo sauce... There was another customer that said he had been waiting for his food for 11 minutes and the restaurant was completely empty. You can straight up tell that no one wants to work there. The second we pulled up to the drive thru, you can literally hear it in his voice how unmotivated he was. And dont worry this is going to corporate as well :)

On October 26 at @ 10:40 afternoon drive thru person don't listen or something gave me a complete wrong order and no way I can go change it since I was already at work by time I noticed worst service ever

It felt like 80 degrees in the restaurant with no air circulation. It's Texas summer heat and was 97 degrees outside. My daughter has asthma and I'm sure other people have difficulties breathing. This restaurant should at least make the customers who are dining in feel comfortable since customers are the ones providing business. The food was good, however I requested no taco sauce on my order and also ordered a small drink on the side that I had to remind them to get and of course, my tacos had taco sauce. The food took 20 min to be given to my family and I. I don't like to complain, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine in here which is sad.

They were fast, friendly. Got my order promptly. I was happy on my order. Compared to the one on Monte Cristo they are fantastic. The one on Monte Cristo lost my order and took 40 minutes to get my food. If looking for a Jack come to this one, not the one on Monte Cristo.

Might be the worst location we’ve been to 🤦🏻♀️. Asked for a shake, they weren’t going to have it ready until 10-15 minutes later so I switched it to a caramel iced coffee. Celeste put 7 pumps of caramel syrup after having filled the cup to the brim with ice and left 1/4 empty of coffee. When asked if she could make it light ice she said they didn’t have any more coffee, somehow it magically appeared and then she gave it to us with NO ICE. So I guess it’s a full brim or nothing at all there 🤷🏻♀️. I asked for the Texas Double Jack and there was no veggies in there…

took me 30 minutes to get a simple order and then when they had it ready they gave it to the wrong person so i had to wait another 10 minutes and watch them make others food as im standing there (they were also understaffed and i even saw employees straight up not working) and i never give 1 star reviews but this was horrendous
