Delicious food and great employees
I had a takeout order yesterday and noticed a couple items were missing. When I called, the manager offered me several options: credit, pickup, or even delivery. To my surprise, he personally delivered the missing items to my home in his own vehicle! That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. Food was fresh and delicious as always, but the way they went above and beyond for me makes me want to keep coming back. Huge thank you to the Jason’s Deli team for caring about their customers! 💛

Breakfast? I just learned they are open at 8:00 AM. Loved my breakfast sandwich with coffee. I'm glad I found this out.

Everything was fine, the food was good, soda were perfectly calibrated, the employees were nice. Took off 1 star cause the tables were too close together, it felt crowded like my tray was going to fall on someone, the ice-cream station was messy and out of bowls.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jason’s Deli for years, eating here almost every week, and I’ve always appreciated the food and friendly service. Unfortunately, since Evelyn took over as manager, the atmosphere has noticeably changed—and not for the better.
I recently witnessed Evelyn yelling at and belittling her employees in front of customers. It was not only uncomfortable to watch, but completely unprofessional. The staff, who used to seem upbeat and welcoming, now appear tense, rushed, and on edge. It’s clear morale has taken a hit under her leadership.
What’s more troubling is that I’m not the first to speak up. There are multiple reviews mentioning similar experiences, and yet it seems nothing has been done. That kind of disregard for employee well-being and customer feedback is disappointing and reflects poorly on upper management as well.
I truly hope someone takes this seriously. This location used to be a bright spot in my week—now I’m reconsidering whether I should keep coming at all.
I get the salad bar and a cup of French onion soup. Im diabetic and watch my carbs and this place is great for it.

Love the food here, the Santa Fe chicken sandwich is the best and the strawberry shortcake is bomb!
Food was good but lady monitoring the salad bar on 06/13/2025 was rude and raised her voice at paying customers. Poor costumer service and attitude.

I usually come here for the great food and the friendly service, but my last visit during the Wednesday lunch rush left a bad taste—for reasons that had nothing to do with the meal. The staff, as always, were working hard and staying polite under pressure. Martha stood out once again for her kindness and professionalism.
What really surprised me was the behavior of the new manager, Evelyn. She seemed irritated the entire time, snapping at employees and making the whole environment feel uncomfortable. It was hard to ignore how poorly she treated the team. Compared to the previous manager, Carlos, who was approachable and respectful, Evelyn’s attitude is a major step backward.
This place still has great potential thanks to its dedicated workers, but leadership needs serious improvement. If Evelyn wants to be in charge, she should start by learning how to lead with basic respect.
Food is always fresh. Clean place to stop and eat.
