this place is always dirty, what service? and I got a chicken panini sandwich that was basically washed off chicken Alfredo and used in my sandwich. disgusting and lazy and seeing how I've seen a similar review 4 months ago... I'm pretty sure nothing will be done. they should hire new managers if they can't do something like cook and serve fresh food

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism I observed at this location. Management did not seem to model appropriate workplace boundaries, which made the environment uncomfortable. I hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at how this store is being run.

I hate coming here.. I literally go for the soup and sandwiches which are good but being there gives me the ick. Alway looks like employees are in there flirting and doing things other than working. Nothing is worse than going to a place to eat and seeing workers all over each other inside and outside.. Do better Jasons deli..

Only thing bad was the lady cleaning the salad bar was grabbing the lettuce with her dirty hands and putting it back with the rest.

First off I love Jason's Deli but this one has to be the worst run store I've been too absolutely filthy salad bar missing key stuff like onions an really old produce I made my salad an told 3 different ppl about the missing items they said they would take care of it right away I sat there for 15 minutes My salad got warm so I went up there to the salad bar grab the empty vessels and bottom up to the counter and ask them how long does it take to cut onions which they never did so I got up for the first time got my money back and left this specific Jason deli I would never go back to I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Ordered a soup 20 minutes earlier. I arrived and left my car running. Soup was not ready, and the worker proceeded to go back to his task of making lunch boxes. More than 5 minutes pass when a manager says for __________? to the same employee. She then takes out the soup that had been waiting there the entire time and microwaves it for 30 seconds. Puts it in a new bag and hands it to me. Waste of my time and horrendous, completely checked out, service.

Today I picked up a to go order for a ham and salami muffaletta with gluten-free bread, chips and a tomato basil soup. When I arrived home, I opened my bag. There was no chips and the muffaletta was made with turkey.(I am highly sensitive to turkey). So I called the store to see if they could credit me for the sandwich and the chips. They offered to credit me or to remake the sandwich and deliver it to my home, which is about 12 minutes away. I accepted the offer for delivery. They went above and beyond by delivering straight to my doorstep and the sandwich was perfect. I want to thank management or whoever made this decision. This is excellent customer service and thank you for making it right. I love Jason’s deli and it’s one of very few places that actually have good gluten free bread. Which is why I keep returning.

Everything very fresh. The only problem was that they were slow to fill up the salad bar. People had to be telling the lady in charge what was missing. She had a bad attitude.

I had a takeout order yesterday and noticed a couple items were missing. When I called, the manager offered me several options: credit, pickup, or even delivery. To my surprise, he personally delivered the missing items to my home in his own vehicle! That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. Food was fresh and delicious as always, but the way they went above and beyond for me makes me want to keep coming back. Huge thank you to the Jason’s Deli team for caring about their customers! 💛
