It was 8:18am and the doors were still locked. Opening time posted outside says 8am as does their website. I had placed an online order for breakfast a sandwhich to pickup. I called the phone number on the door and the girl answers with attitude and comes to unlock the door. She then says you’re going to have to wait I still need to make the sandwich. You all have been open for about 20 minutes what have you been doing that the doors are not even unlocked at your opening time? Terrible service. I will be making a report with the General Manager as well.

The manager Joel was great and very attentive. There was a small mix up in the kitchen and our order but he was very accommodating and we understand mistakes happen but he made sure everything was taken care of

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had at a Jason’s Deli.
From the moment we arrived, one of the “managers,” Abril, made it clear she did not want to help my family. She pushed us off onto another employee and walked away, then spent the rest of our visit staring at us as if we were doing something wrong. It was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional.
The final straw was being told we couldn’t take gingerbread from the salad bar—even though we paid for a side salad, which comes with a dish to get items from the bar. No signage. No explanation. Just an abrupt refusal.
Being treated with hostility and denied food we paid for is unacceptable. If this is how management behaves, it explains everything. Save your money and go somewhere you’re actually welcome.
-Food for thought- Why hire people and promote them to “managers” when they barely graduated high school? I’m being generous. Best case scenario.

I love Jason Deli. My problem started when I saw the worker spraying glass cleaner. Over the salad bar. As I was attempting to make by big back salad. Then it preceeded to decline further when I saw her take the salad that was all over the counter and toss back into the salad bar🤢🤮 Seriously. So then I asked her if she was going to add more boiled eggs since there was only two. She looked at me with a straight face and said. That is enough for you. She said there is a two egg minimum. I said girl if you don't bring more eggs out. I literally spent 25 dollars on my salad. If I want 3 eggs I'm getting 3 eggs. Any way she whipped her hair to the side and put more eggs out. I told her thank you. And then I started thinking why is your hair all out around this food🤮🤢 y
