Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed a large order of 39 subs and Daniella went above and beyond for us! She made sure everything was labeled and had everything ready on time. She is so awesome! I highly recommend! Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious.😋 Thank you!

Awesome customer service this is what makes a successful restaurant!! Two young men by the names of Emanuel and Dryden and a young female named Jessica always never fail to impress me very hardworking respectful individuals! The crew is the reason I return day after day they even have my order memorized!! Keep it up guys👍

Im not from here, I visited this Jersey mikes and the customer service was honestly amazing, the 3 employees there treated me super amazing and were very respectful! I definitely will come back again

Waited 40 minutes for a curbside order. What's the point of ordering ahead if I'm still gonna wait? My order was braindead simple: A combo and a kids meal. Called the restaurant, said it would be out shortly and they were working on my kids meal.. 10 minutes later, I still haven't gotten my order. I watched people walk in after I've been parked here for 15 minutes and leave with their order already. This is ridiculous all for overpriced sandwiches. My screenshot says it all, the time I placed my order, the time it said it was ready and the time it currently was. For reference, the order was placed at 1:03 p.m., and I barely got my food at 1:40 p.m.

The ingredients were good but the bread needs work, a little hard and tough to chew.

Ordered a bowl for my wife and I. Have done this before and been satisfied. The last 2 times have been shorted the meat and cheese. Took it home and weighed the total meat and cheese. Less than 2 oz. When I went back and ask about the weight it should be they would not answer. I contacted corporate and they just said it was sent to the local manager for response. Never heard from them.

The Jersey Mike's on Nolona Ave. Actually weighs the amounts. Love them. Recommend the Nolona store

Jersey Mike’s, the place to go for a cold and hot sub; the Big Kahuna in a wheat wrap, my favorite ?.
Customer service is beyond expected, always greeting as walking in and ready to take order, just like I like it.
A LOUD applaud for all employees!! I highly recommend it and definitely going back!!!

Ordered the Philly cheese steak, very flavorful but be ready to spend about $15-$17. The dine in restaurant has a weird sewer-ish smell.

Their service sucks. Unorganized and skipped from my group, wasn't asked for my order at all and the place stinks of sewage... First time here and definitely never coming back... I will give them a 5 star rating on ignorance.....

Picking up an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:18 ended up waiting until 6:50 for only two sandwiches while other customers came and went. What's the purpose of ordering online just for a longer wait time?
