After having sworn this place off for about a year because of several bad experiences, my wife and I decided to give it another try. The staff was very friendly and our sandwiches were made quickly. Because of this great experience, we will return. Thank you, Nem, Emanuel and Marissa for the experience.

First time I came across Jersey Mikes was on a road trip going through Houston. I prefer this place over all the others. I was glad to see this one open in McAllen. Whenever I’m in the mood for a sub sandwich, this is always my go to spot.

We are so suprised how nice and welcoming this staff are we are RGV students and we travel to different places for our clinicals and from all the Jersey Mike's we been this is the top one the staff were so kind keep it up guys. You guys make a person day feel alot better after a hard day. 🥰

I have been going pretty often around the times of 7-8 and the two servers there are nothing but joy, you can tell they absolutely love their job and want nothing but the best for the customers, I had not really tried jersey mikes till recently but the way the servers treated me and helped me customize my sub was a really good feeling which had made Jersey Mike’s one of my new go to places

I placed a large order of 39 subs and Daniella went above and beyond for us! She made sure everything was labeled and had everything ready on time. She is so awesome! I highly recommend! Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious.😋 Thank you!

Awesome customer service this is what makes a successful restaurant!! Two young men by the names of Emanuel and Dryden and a young female named Jessica always never fail to impress me very hardworking respectful individuals! The crew is the reason I return day after day they even have my order memorized!! Keep it up guys👍

Waited 40 minutes for a curbside order. What's the point of ordering ahead if I'm still gonna wait? My order was braindead simple: A combo and a kids meal. Called the restaurant, said it would be out shortly and they were working on my kids meal.. 10 minutes later, I still haven't gotten my order. I watched people walk in after I've been parked here for 15 minutes and leave with their order already. This is ridiculous all for overpriced sandwiches. My screenshot says it all, the time I placed my order, the time it said it was ready and the time it currently was. For reference, the order was placed at 1:03 p.m., and I barely got my food at 1:40 p.m.

The ingredients were good but the bread needs work, a little hard and tough to chew.

Ordered a bowl for my wife and I. Have done this before and been satisfied. The last 2 times have been shorted the meat and cheese. Took it home and weighed the total meat and cheese. Less than 2 oz. When I went back and ask about the weight it should be they would not answer. I contacted corporate and they just said it was sent to the local manager for response. Never heard from them.

The Jersey Mike's on Nolona Ave. Actually weighs the amounts. Love them. Recommend the Nolona store
