I don’t visit this location often. I always go to the Nolana location. Customer service & cleanliness is no comparison to the Nolana location. Here I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. An employee was getting her food, they were paying more attention to her. I had to ask to be charged. They didn’t realize I had not paid. I could have gotten my sandwich without paying. Also it was Double points day. They didn’t know. I had to show them the app. They did not honor my double points. I will not be coming to this location, even if I’m on this side of town, I will drive to the Nolana location where they value their customers.

Everything was great. Food was good. The only thing I would say is that the place was dirty. I walked in to eat and was the only customer in the store dining in. There was a mess. There were crumbs, liquid spills, and used napkins strewed all around the floor. Fountain drink machine, I think, needed to be serviced. The options were coming out all clear and no soda.

This is the second time I have had this issue where my online order never gets delivered. I call to speak to manager and manager say to speak to 3rd party delivery company. I have been given the runaround for the 2nd time going back and forth with store manager that give the excuse of "there is nothing she can do" Advised her I order directly through the Jersey Mike's site and the accountability should be theirs and not 3rd party delivery company. Now she stated my order was picked and the doordash person says they have not picked up with a text message stating they are waiting on my order. I will no longer order from this location and use a different location with friendlier service and know the restaurant industry is about making thing right whether its your food, your order or your service!! Now I did not get my order because they said someone else picked up and now no lunch. No refund because someone else picked up. Horrible service
Got the Italian sub and really enjoyed it! Sub was a good size for the regular and they don't skimp out on the protein which is great. The root beer is delish! Only my second time and I'll definitely keep comming back!

As I have said before on other reviews I am a new jersey transplant who found roots here in Texas. The subs are good and all and the juice is definitely reminiscent of back home I feel they need some extra cheese selections to go on the cold sandwiches, like Muenster, sliced mozzarella and even some yellow American. Inside the store is usually clean but a bit bland and cold. Maybe a bit more decoration. But all in all a good place to grab a bite to eat. The employees are respectful and do they job well. Always recommended .

Update on previous comment: I had a general manager and he reached out to gather more information. He assured of the necessary steps to attend to this matter. I greatly appreciate his call back and interest in this matter. I told him that I greatly appreciated his time and concern to this matter and that I will continue to go to Jersey Mike's from here on out. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's and I understand that not all staff care for the quality of service as much as the owner of the establishment. I totally understand and Jersey Mike's GM proved they care about their customers. Thank you Jersey Mike's.
----- Previous comment: I would like to suggest that the staff make sure to clean the knives used to cut the subs, removing any dressing or food residue. I mention this because I am allergic to mayonnaise. The customer before me had his sub cut with a knife covered in mayonnaise, which was visible. When it was my turn, the staff didn't clean the knife and used it to cut my sandwich, despite the mayo on it. I informed the staff about my allergy and requested a new sub. I hope this complaint leads to better food handling practices. I recently became a customer of Jersey Mike's and prefer your subs to Subway's. I would hate to stop coming because your subs are excellent and amazing. Thank you.
