First time trying them and I'm genuinely surprised, they're packed compared to a well known popular chain, I got chicken(#26 with provolone) all throughout the sub, veggies are chopped WITH CARE which isn't common on most subs out there or something people pay attention on, I do. Everything tasted fresh and I'm definitely going back. I didn't get his name but a guy with glasses and wavy hair made my order so thank you! I got a regular size and I'm STUFFED 💯

First time here. Place is really nice & clean. Staff is friendly. I liked that they took their time to explain the menu items a little bit. I also liked that the cut the meats when the sandwiches are ordered. Also meats are heated on the grill which gives the sandwiches an extra flavor.

I always get our sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s. Hubby and I always get the The Italian. The Jersey Mike’s at University drive in Edinburg is where I usually go as it is close to me. There is ample parking and designated parking spots for customers. The place is is tidy, looks clean, and smells clean. The staff who prepares the sandwich looks clean, professional, and put together, not filthy or unkempt looking, which assures me that the sandwich is made by someone who maintains hygiene in the workplace. The prep area and the fridge where the meats are kept looks clean too; and it is the same with the Jersey Mike’s on N 10th street. We order so often that I have decided to download the app, so I can just order on the app and pick it up when it’s ready. I love Jersey Mike’s 😃 So far they have been consistent in everything.
I don’t visit this location often. I always go to the Nolana location. Customer service & cleanliness is no comparison to the Nolana location. Here I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. An employee was getting her food, they were paying more attention to her. I had to ask to be charged. They didn’t realize I had not paid. I could have gotten my sandwich without paying. Also it was Double points day. They didn’t know. I had to show them the app. They did not honor my double points. I will not be coming to this location, even if I’m on this side of town, I will drive to the Nolana location where they value their customers.
