Watched through the drive through window as the employee processed my payment, then went straight to shaping and arranging the bread loaves with her bare hands, without washing. Employees are nice and all, but that's a huge "duh" no-no in food service, and if they're sloppy on that, what else are they sloppy on?

We've never had anyone be so rude and disrespectful to us like this before at our locating back home in Madison WI! They will not make it in the RGV if they keep treating their customers like this. We will not be ordering from here at all for the next 6weeks that we are down here for even though it makes us feel like we're at home......that's sad. Thanks for nothing

The fact that they will deliver even just one sandwich to your work is amazing!! Saves me a lot of time in having to go get lunch. Always great quality and fresh subs.

K first off I just want to express the fact of how clean this store is. I watched a young man down on his hands and knees wiping under the tables. Ramiro came out and asked us how our experience here was and if he could do anything to make it better. We were very happy with the quality of the food, the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the store. 10 stars if we could.

Food was amazing! However, I ordered food and I work right behind the place. It took 30 minutes for the delivery guy to get to where I work, a store you can see right next to the frontage road. While I was putting my order the guy, very friendly I admit, looked for my address and he saw where it was as it is next to the frontage road. As I called to see where the hell the delivery guy was he said he was going to call him as he should've been here a long time ago. Minutes after the delivery guy appears parking in front of the door of the store I work at. When I call back to see what are they to do about this, they offer me a credit for the next visit. If one calls for his lunch break one doesn't want it in 30 minutes. I mean also it was a sandwich not a huge pizza. Yet again, the food was superb and also the portion.
