I’m not sure what is so great about this place because this is the fourth time I’ve tried going where they’ve not been open on time at 11am (waited until 11:15 and still not open), half of the menu is sold out (this is the second time for this) and popular menu items that were raved about that I specifically went for aren’t even listed on the menu. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time.

Usually come to Jolene’s for a good brisket sandwich and I cant believe how dry these were. We used to come early this year and it was always so moist. I can barely chew the sandwich now without needing a big gulp of water.

Jolene's has a good menu and I felt that the prices were really great. Their chicken sandwich didn't disappoint and we enjoyed the pimento cheese with crackers. The Brussels sprouts were on point and roasted exactly as they should be. Overall I enjoyed it and will be returning!

Jolene’s used to be my favorite go-to spot. Their friend chicken was delicious, juicy and addicting. I have always recommended this place to all my family and friends because the food was to die for, especially their mac and cheese! I ranked their Mac and Cheese #1 in the valley. However, my last three visits have been disappointing. The chicken now lacks flavor and they never have their mac and cheese ready for sale. I have gone at many different times, early in the afternoon, midday and evening, and they never have their mac and cheese available. Their food doesn’t taste the same anymore. It’s bland. Jolene’s please fix this. Please have your mac and cheese available at all times. I miss your taste.

If y'all miss The Cookshack Joelene's is the perfect place to get a fried chicken sandwich! It's a great portion size and they don't skimp on the toppings! I WILL BE COMING BACK!

The brisket sandwich was absolutely delicious but the coleslaw was horrible. It tasted rancid like if the mayo or cream they used to make it was left out in the heat. Neither my wife or I could take a second bite.

If you love fried chicken, this is your place. Super crispy on every bite. Look out for the juices, they will be hot! Very order is cooked in the spot. Had the waffle fries and Brussel sprouts were super fresh and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend. Accompany with a cold beer and live music, and it’s a perfect night out.
