This is the second time I have been to Kolache Factory in the last 3 weeks. My Grandkids enjoy their Kolaches. Found a couple of the kolaches were not all the way cooked, very doughy on the bottom. Had to put them in the oven to complete the cooking process. A little disappointed but all ended well. Service was good. Since I had bought a mix of kolaches the lady marked my box top with what I had bought which was helpful. We will be back again.

Food is great! Costumer service is awkward, uncomfortable and not welcoming. I wish they had a drive thru so I didn’t have to interact with staff…The only reason I go there is because it’s the only Kolache place here.

The people there need to be friendly. They can't even greet you with a smile.
Ordered online and when I went to pick up they said they didn’t have what I ordered so they just substituted for another item and did not offer to refund. I think instead of making the decision always offer a refund. They were trying to rush out bc they were 15 min before closing. It’s not about the money just customer service…. Felt like they were just trying to clock out.

Food is really good. When they have any. Every time I go they're out of at least half of the items on the menu. They still haven't figured out how to make enough food for what they're going to sell. Very poor management.
