Ordered online and when I went to pick up they said they didn’t have what I ordered so they just substituted for another item and did not offer to refund. I think instead of making the decision always offer a refund. They were trying to rush out bc they were 15 min before closing. It’s not about the money just customer service…. Felt like they were just trying to clock out.

Food is really good. When they have any. Every time I go they're out of at least half of the items on the menu. They still haven't figured out how to make enough food for what they're going to sell. Very poor management.

I recently bought a Texas hot kolache. You change the kolache to an all beef. I took it back because it did not have cheese. The employee there let me know of the change and she said that a lot of customers were complaining about no cheese . She says it has cheese, but very little. If it did have cheese, I could not tell. Also, the taste is different. One of the main reasons I go there was the Texas hot. I will not be going there anymore. If the old version of the Texas hot comes back. I will come back. The employees in that store are great they give excellent customer service.

The food is always a delight to have , I just wish there was a better way to let the consumer know what items are what when they are taken home, instead of breaking them apart to know what each item is, maybe a toothpick flag attached with each item ?

It was good. Very yummy, i liked everything i tried, but idk how i felt about the atmosphere. It was FINE. But the food was good, not like OUT OF THE WORLD, just like food i would buy again.

This is about the second time I go to this place and have a horrible experience. The food is amazing. But the customer service is horrendous. The lady (Sara) got offended because I said ma’am. She proceeded to give me attitude with a face and slammed the bag on the counter top to make the order. Then my wife asked if there’s any jalapeño poppers available. Sara quickly responded, “ no there’s none and it’ll take 45 minutes to make a batch” Then she didn’t even repeat the order at all. Y’all need to hire competent new staff that won’t take things personally and do the job at hand. She placed our food on the side and said, “ there’s your food. Why get offended? Or was it a racial thing since me and my wife were speaking Spanish? Regardless. I work at an automotive dealership in town and will definitely not recommend this place whatsoever. Do better.
