We take our wonderfully semi-sweet dough and allow it to proof for up to an hour until light and fluffy, then they are baked to perfection. Make sure your holiday festivities have these on the table! This is the second time I have been to Kolache Factory in the last 3 weeks. My Grandkids enjoy their Kolaches. Found a couple of the kolaches were not all the way cooked, very doughy on the bottom. Had to put them in the oven to complete the cooking process. A little disappointed but all ended well. Service was good. Since I had bought a mix of kolaches the lady marked my box top with what I had bought which was helpful. We will be back again.

once again dough is consistently Still Under cooked mushy dough, I love the kolache factory but dont like the fact that every time I buy kolaches from this location I have to go home and cook them to finish them off because the dough is grossly undercooked..
