Service was grate. The staff is very sweet and checked on us regularly. My complaint is with the kitchen. We ordered SUSHI and Lonches. The lonches barely had anything in them and the sushi was all rice. My roll was fried and full of rice with a stick of imitation crab and one very thin slice of avocado. It took forever for us to get our food too.

Saw this online & was intrigued. The margarita is made with fresh limes, I love that touch as it's hard to find down with a lot of restaurants. I had the fajita taco for dinner & that was also delicious & they're a la carte. I do want to mention my guests & I were not greeted when we entered nor as we were leaving. It looked like as if we had interrupted their gossip sesh.

Came in last night was invited by the bartender Joanne. Seemed ok at first but felt very uncomfortable when all the employees were sitting and standing at the bar top next to me just talking and gossiping with the manager, he kept putting his hand on my chair and I felt very uncomfortable, I even asked him if he wanted my seat because of how close he was to my personal space. Another server was just there drinking her soda right next to me with another server that just finished her shift. It was just over all uncomfortable and kind of overwhelming. I don’t see this place making it either. Just like every place in the valley that has potential but is definitely ruined by some bad apples. It’s fair to even say they were drinking for free too and a very young man going behind the bar. Who knows if he’s of age. Wish the place the best of luck but OWNERS please pay attention who you have because your own employees can be the downfall of a great business. Thank you.

Fabulous and fascinating bar and drink menu is fresh and new twists in classic from scratch natural mixers. I and from Houston visiting college bestie. The bartender we had, Joanne was very attentive relaxed and knowledgable. She had a vast knowledge of drink recipes/menu, but was okay with people like me who will do one menu drink and then, go back to basics like single malt scotch and GG and soda. This is a must try for anyone who is looking for a relaxed but new and innovative exciting bar here in the RGV.

Best ceviche I've ever had. Server was friendly and super attentive. Owner was extremely nice. 10/10 would get lit here again!

Was over charged, the food prices were not the same as printed on menu. We were a large group but the server was taking orders down correctly. Every person had different issues, we even waited on a coke for an hour. I don't recommend going in a large group even with warning them. There was enough staff, just not sure where the ball was dropped.

Food was mediocre. Ordered the Cocinita brunch and the fajita was super thick and fatty. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and this was the chicken they brought him and yes only those 3 strips. Also ordered was an order of chilaquiles and they brought them made with beans, not salsa. The birria consome brought to us was not good at all.Service was horrible they came and asked us several times about our order because they kept getting it wrong and even though we were the only ones there they took about 45 minutes to get our food to us.

Stopped here for some brunch. Food was good! Nice and clean restaurant. Staff was friendly. Coffee was freshly brewed. Food came out quickly. The salsa was good but not too hot (spicy…I prefer spicy). The starter meal consisted of chicharrones and salsa which was a first for me (I’m used to chips and salsa). We finished it so that means it was good. The tortillas are not hand made which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.They have a full bar with happy hour specials that I will come back to check out.Would I return again? Most definitely! There are a lot of things on the menu I would like to try. ????

The restaurant looks really nice inside, the servers are very polite, I ordered the "La Cocinita Brunch"The chilaquiles were a bit salty, the eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was tasty & flavorful, the beef skirt was good not very soft like I am used to but it was good nonetheless, the refried black beans were also very good. The birria tacos were very delicious including the consomé.The coffee was very cold and they were slow to bring coffee, they told us there was a problem with the coffee machine.I wanted to order the huevos rancheros but from what I read in the menu it was very plain and simple for the price, I would recommend the owner to include a refried tortilla under the eggs and perhaps some bacon or potatoes for the price.I would like to see them serve chips and salsa while you wait for your dishes, overall a great restaurant to dine and celebrate something.

The chicharrones and salsa are my favorite. Lonches are amazing! The civeche was different from what I’m used to and it was a good experience.

Very beautiful and clean aesthetic! The staff is very attentive and friendly, our glasses were never empty! They came by to check on us several times. The lemonade is handmade and absolutely delicious. Tried the lonches and enchiladas suizas. Both were so tasty. Traditional black beans, rice. The fajita is very soft and flavorful. The lonches has a fantastic fried bread and plenty of toppings. The suizas sauce has a good kick to it but with so much flavor. Portion size is very generous! Definitely coming back again!
