This spot reminds me of the neighborhood coffee shops in LA. The bagels, coffee, atmosphere and service were all great.
It gets pretty packed in the weekend. There was a line 4 or 5 deep when I walked in. The staff was clearly hustling and the line moved pretty quickly.
I ordered the bacon and egg breakfast bagel for my son and turkey and bacon lunch bagel for myself. I also ordered two cold brews.
After placing my order, a grabbed an outdoor seat as it was pretty packed inside. I figured I would check back in after a few. To my surprise, in less than 10 mins, one of the staff brought my food out to me, which I appreciated.
The cold brew was tasty. I guzzled it down on my drive home. The turkey and š„ bagel sandwich was great. The bagels wasn't overly dense. So, each bite was balanced. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I devoured it.
I will be back. I want to try their š shandy next.
The coffee is rich and delicious, and the bagels are not only tasty but hugeādefinitely worth the hype. I did feel a little rushed since so many people were waiting for tables, but thatās a sign of a thriving spot. Highly recommend for great coffee, big bagels, and lively energy.

I hardly go to McAllen, but I happened to be in the area so I searched for a coffee place to have lunch and ended up here. I had the smoke salmon bagel with chips and an ice vanilla latte with oat milk. It was busy, but they were fast in getting orders out and the both the bagel and latte were delicious. I will definitely have to make a trip back. Itās a super cute spot with great music as well.

Never been to a bagel shop that didnāt offer plain bagels with butter/jam. Sign says bagels/coffee, so if it was a coffee shop with bagels, Iād give it a pass. Tried to order something without eggs but they wanted to still charge me for eggs. In this economy. Had the hummus and veggies. Didnāt include lettuce as described but didnāt miss it. Generous amount of avocado. Hummus tasted like red pepper Sabra, which I like. Bagel was soft and good. Coffee was good. Menu items popular with folks was out that day. Not a cozy place. Was planning on hunkering down for a couple hours, but none of the seating was inviting. Stayed just for the meal. Music was on point: 80s and 90s mix. Odd set up with huge kitchen area but food comes from behind the building. Staff not rude. Not friendly. Just collecting a paycheck I suppose. Outdoor seating I guess for those who want privacy because seating area isnāt much bigger than behind the counter/kitchen? area and sound carries. Not opposed to coming back if a friend wants to meet there, but not planning to return.

Delicious bagels and wonderful coffee. I had the matcha taro latte and a smoked salmon bagel. It was stuffed with salmon.
My wife had the egg and avocado bagel. Also, it was filled with a generous portion of avocado. She had the mocha latte.
The food and the drinks were delicious and scrumptious. We opted for the everything bagels and would recommend them.
Very cute atmosphere and plenty of seating. Super good food and coffee drinks. Definitely will return.

Super chill place great vibes very friendly staff. Honestly feels like locally owned locally ran small business will definitely be giving them my pennies more often the food was great. The chai was amazing. Their homemade vanilla syrup was just the perfect amount of sweetness.!!!

Great first time at Labyrinth! Great atmosphere, clean facilities, friendly staff, delicious food and beverages! The bagels are simple but pack a punch of flavor and quality. You can choose as many toppings as you like. The coffee drinks are both unique and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Labyrinth is such a pretty, spotless cafĆ©. We arrived just before the crowd and were lucky to snag a tableāit filled up fast! Even with the rush, orders came out impressively quick. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the bustling vibe feel fun instead of stressful.
