To the gas station and no one helps you after waiting 10 minutes for the taco woman who is serving tacos today at 6:05 in the morning treated me horrible, total rudeness with a bad face and I didn't want to work. When I arrived the tortillas weren't even made and it was 6:00 in the morning. Everything is a shame, because if the service didn't seem good, I should go somewhere else. The one that appears in the photograph. That is the very rude and bad-tempered lady at 6:00 in the morning giving terrible customer service. No wonder this Laredo taco has a 3.5 rating

The guy that serves the food whose name is Carlos takes forever to serve and has people waiting a long time others just leave. Management should look into it and make changes in order to function more efficiently.

Your location on Dove and Ware Rd in McAllen is way under par as compared to other location. This is the only store that refuses to make our taco with shredded cheese vs the American Slice. All your other stores either have a cold tray of the shredded cheese on hand or they go to the back and get it. The big guy there making the tacos needs to be placed on check as he thinks he a gangster or something. If you are too lazy to go and get the cheese your customer wants, it's simple, find another job that is not customer service oriented. Your staff here really really needs training as they ate slow and can't seem to please your customers!

For any traveler entering South Texas Area and one desires Tex-Mex food but must watch the expenses, then “Laredo Taco” is that place. Homemade corn/flour tortillas by hand and very tasty foods made by Grandma/Latinas ! As in their own “casas”, plenty served and very hygienic.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of excellent dishes w/o meat. A Veggie can get “very satisfied and filled-up” !
Parking: Right up front, can eat in or take out, with plastic ware, plenty of napkins, large drink under a US dollar and plenty of hot homemade sauces !

The Vaquero Taco here wasn't as good like other stripes, it was lacking seasoning and the tortillas were poorly made (they had raw dough at the corners).I always recommend the Vaquero Taco as it's really tasty but the one here was rather disappointing.

I love tacos . But I miss the old Qtacos.. the tortilla was big. Now is smaller ? like a regular taco.
Guy making tacos on the right gives you amazing tacos, woman on the left gives you no cheese, old beans and burnt bacon because she is too lazy to refill her station with fresh food
