This food looks old. It's tasting like it's been sitting up. Like someone ordered it and didn't pick it up. And so they tried to pass it off to someone else. I know. It's hard times, and people are struggling, but this is not the answer.

Unable to understand employee operating drive thru. We left without ordering. Prices on menu are unreasonable , $15 for a wonton soup is insanely over priced. Might as well go to the buffet for that price.

First time stopping here as i was craving a Ramen of sorts . I ordered the Udon Ramen Bowl w beef , side Gyoza and side lo-mein. I like to sample my favorite things so i pick at each item. The Ramen had good flavor , jumbo udon noodles and broccoli which was so good. But upon looking a the beef , it had a green hue to it and it didn't look appetizing overall .Simply took it out and ate the rest. The Gyoza was full of flavor , which was sooooo good , the lo-mein on the other hand tasted like plastic. ( To me ) So i doused it with Soy sauce a little better but ehhh. I did voice my dis-satisfaction in which the young lady did give me the cost of the beef back which was 5 bucks which i added an extra star just for that. She didn't have to but that was nice. Not crossing them out yet as the Gyoza flavor did give me hope. lol

"I rated you 5 stars a year ago, but unfortunately last month I had a very bad, rude, and unprofessional experience with the lady in charge. I ordered 2 plates, and the waitress took the order wrong. If you have a camera in the dining room, you can prove it. The lady in charge got mad and mistakenly charged me more. When I asked for the receipt, she 'noticed the mistake' and began the process to refund me on my card. However, days later, the transaction was 'CANCELLED.' It felt like she tried to fool me! That was very disrespectful, and I have the refund receipt to prove that this action was intentional. I called back when I saw the charge on my statement, but she just stayed silent because she knew what she did! I like the restaurant and the food, but now I’m not sure if I will return again…"

Will never go back, we are regulars, or we're regulars, we asked for an extra packet of hot oil and lad was as rude as can be, saying no you only get one, so we canceled our order, these people have no business being in business, they would rather lose a customer that spends money there , than to give out one packet of hot oil. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE, they save pennies to LOSE dollars, very rude extremely rude service, we will never go back. And I'll make sure my family does not go there either!!!!!!!!!!!

The food here is well portioned. And has a wide variety of meals to choose from. I love the bourbon chicken from here. They could add a couple more employees, though I thought they were short-handed on staff. But it's still a great place to eat.

The service was good but the dish I ordered was extremely salty. I told the manager that I couldn't eat it. She told me that they had a new cook and offered a 20% off my ticket. I took a friend to lunch. His plate was just as bad. I ended up paying $30 for everything not counting the tip. I will never go back.
