Sent my husband out to get some pizza and he came home with Expired dough this is not a flat bread pizza the dough is expired he tried getting a refund but the manager said it was too late to refund it was a 15 minute drive to and from and said the reason the pizza looked this way was because he took too long to pick it up after ordering even though another costumer had the same issue with her pizza my family will no longer be coming to this establishment it’s disgusting how they can be so comfortable serving expired food to families

This rating is going strictly off the service. Everytime I come to this specific location service is horrible. I ordered in the drive thru at 7:10pm got to the window at 7:30pm waited on the window for about 5 minutes before anyone came to attend me. Only to be asked to place my order all over again because they did NOT have my order. What?!?! Then they asked me to wait in the parking lot another 20 minutes. No other location takes this long. Avoid this location if you can...1618 N. 23rd st. Mcallen, Tx.

It promotes hot ready 4 to 8 and always have to wait. They add so much tomato sauce that the topping just slides off having to fix is otherwise just having bread with sauce.

Worst service i’ve ever got. No one remembered what i ordered and were very rude. Waited over 30 minutes for 1 pizza and when I was at the front trying to ask for my order the lady (Isabelle) completely ignored me. She looked at me and walked away back to whatever she was doing which was nothing. On the other hand Randel was very considerate and patient with us. He was the only person out of all staff trying to help

Worst Little Ceasers in McAllen. They never have anything ready. Workers are always rude.
They stole cash from me, it was confirmed by the bank, they said they refunded me that day they did the mistake, now they refused to refund me or help me in any way. Apparently there won’t be any management till next Tuesday or so. Ridiculous lol. They can keep the money lol, it’s the action they did. Not the amount of cash. I’m definitely not going to this spot ever again 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀

Apparently you can only have pizza and anything else from 4-8, not just hot and readys. Less of a hassle to just make it.

Customer service here is lacking badly. Girl manager has a bad attitude, and so does some of the workers. First bad experience was when I ordered extra marinara sauce on my deep dish and upon arrival I checked and noticed spots missing sauce and brought it to the managers attention and she couldn’t care less (she made it). Second bad experience I redeemed a $4 classic pepperoni on my T-Mobile app and when I went to pick it up they were giving such a hard time. Asked for a name I told them I didn’t put one asked for the code. I gave them the pizza portal three digit code then she rudely says it’s 10 digits then I give them the 10 digit code then she rudely asked for the three digit code so I tell her it again. Then another lady comes to the window and ask the same questions, hmm I wonder why it was so hard to believe and confirm that that was my order? When I had the codes and email confirmation.
