I experienced long wait times and poor customer service as a person with a disability. after an accident at work. Despite placing an online order for drive-thru pickup due to my physical limitations, my order was not ready, and I was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes. Furthermore, I was told I needed to get out of my car and pick up my order, which was challenging for me due to my accident. I ended up canceling my order.
Very unprofessional. Ordered and paid on the portal and your Lobby is closed. Refuse to answer messages or the phone.
