The girl that was in the drive thru was giving us the pizza she wanted and not the pizza we ask. Every time we go we ask for a hot and ready which is really the classic one and not the extra most best, the classic one has existed for so many years. Plus many of the times they ask if we want classic or extra most best but she didn’t even ask and was giving us what she wanted, we canceled our order and she said that we wouldn’t get our money back within 3 to 5 business days. We don’t take 3-5 business day to pay for the pizza and she was rude and she also closed the window on us while we were talking to her that is bad customer service.
Drive through no exceptions? How about 1 star no exceptions!
