We hadn't been doing Logan's for a couple years because of such bad service and bad food not only in Texas but in illinois. Please stop because we were hungry and the lot had cars. The food turned out to be excellent and the service was fantastic. Try it!!

I had to do this. I was so looking forward to having lunch with my Husband and have steak with some wine. First of all, as soon as I entered the building there was a not very pleasant smell as if cleaning products were trying to mask a more severe smell. I ordered a 6oz sirloin steak medium well. However, there was not warm pink center. No wine of any kind at all at this place. Very disappointing. I had taken a look at the menu online and there was no indication that wine was not available. Per our server, all wines have been on back order for over 9 months. Really!!. I will not be returning to Logans in McAllen by the Mall.

I had been wanting Logan’s for awhile so I brought my wife for her birthday and had the worst experience ever ask our waitress for some bread took her 45 mins to bring us some order our food and it was extremely cold and under cooked asked for a steak medium and it was super raw over all would not recommend it to any one

Got seated placed appetizer order at the same time as our drink order and told Luz to add our sons chicken tender order as well. Waited and waited. No drinks. Appetizer arrives eventually and we ask about our drinks. Family in next booth places a complicated order. A manager brings the drinks and asks if we need anything else and ask about the tenders and let her know we are ready to order our meals. Luz returns and lets us know tenders need a few minutes and we place our order. After 45 minutes of no food ever arriving to our table yet the other family got theirs we decided to leave. Worst service at any Logan’s ever. Will not be returning to this location. Prefer to give my dollars to Texas Roadhouse.
Everything wa great. We had the chicken fried steak, it was tender and very well battered. Our server was also great very friendly.
