The steak was super salty and over cooked, my sons steak bites as well and my other son got kids roadie burger and the bread was so hard. I told them and they did nothing about it and i still paid full price for food we didn't eat. Burger King was our next stop when we left from Logans.

This was our first time eating at Logan’s since we moved down to the Valley, and when I tell you my STEAK WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION!!!i It was cooked exactly like I Love my Steak, Medium Rare to it’s FINEST!! OH, and we finely found my husband’s favorite, The Lettuce Wedge!!! He was SAVORING every single Bite!!! OMG, our waiter COOPER was super nice and patient with us, very attentive and polite.. Lastly the Manager Jeremy came to our table to greet us and thank us for stopping by for lunch. He was also very friendly and polite, my Valley People you guys Absolutely have to STOP BY LOGAN’S on N 10th , I promise you, you won’t be DISAPPOINTED!!’ Before I end this REVIEW, the BREAD WAS STEAMING HOT AND BUTTERY!!!! Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

This place has gone down the drain. The steak was cooked to temp and the flavor was not bad but it was super thin and the quality of the meat was not what it use to be. It was a ribeye and it was disappointing. Service was great but the food be lacking.

Love Logans. Don't love that they charge extra for cheese on my baked potato, but bread is great and food is good. Service is usually OK.
Ribs were not fall off the bone like advertised, they were dry and tough. Their full order of baby back ribs is 1 lb (5 ribs)..., for $2 more you can go across the street to Longhorn Steakhouse and get an actual FULL rack of properly cooked ribs. This place also needs to step up their fumigation treatment, the little roach on the table sealed the deal for us.

Here's the issue and what I found annoying, we had a reservation for 15. I personally placed the reservation to avoid being an unannounced large party. We arrive give them the reservation name etc and im told they dont have a reservation for that name. I let them know it was done online. The hostess goes to speak with the manager and I definitely heard the part where they said theres a party that was already sat. The young lady comes back and let's me know that unfortunately they canceled all reservations for the day, and that I would have to join the waitlist that is currently 45min to an hour. If you cancel reservations please give us a call and let us know. There's a reason why a phone number is placed on the reservation to notify the individuals of any changes or cancelations. Instead I have to find out the moment we arrived. Here's an idea disable the option to make reservations if youre not really accepting any for the day. Unfortunately this time around the experience was not close to being ok

Had the steak Alfredo but I don't recommend it. Even the side roll that it's supposed to come with garlic and melted cheese was disappointing to look at. It was just melted cheese on top of a regular bun, no garlic, no flavor .Completely disappointed for the price, i didn’t expect the pasta to be falling apart either,it was completely over cooked, ill add that the steak was not cooked at the temperature I asked for. I asked for medium done, but it was very rare. Had to edit to add pictures and videos in hopes the owner or management wants to make it right and replace my meal to keep me as a customer. That dish was not acceptable to serve. I'd appreciate it if the meal could be replaced.
