Walked in. No one ever came to the front desk. I purchased $30 cake and when I asked for a bag I was told they were only for bigger cakes! Pasteles Gaby do better!

Got the mango roll cake for new years. It was horrible firstly the mango is from a can secondly it was like 80% cream cheese there was barely any cake. Did not enjoy it.

Placed an order and wasn't given the product. They told me to ñick up order after 3:00 but wasn't advised the time it closed so I get there at 5 and it was closed. No one was courteous enogh to call me and advise it was getting close to closing or why I hadn't picked up order. I paid for the order and wasn't issued a refund. Bad communication between employees. Very unprofessional and rude employees

The cakes taste horrible, the strawberries on the mustache are horribly old and ready to go bad, the mango on the mango roll is very hard and the bread is also horribly hard. I will not set foot in this place again, save your money, the cakes are of super poor quality

Please save your money and go elsewhere! Even Sams or Costco have better tasting cakes. The mostachon was super hard and dry I do not recommend. There is no way this was freshly made it was as hard and tasted as cake that's been left out.

Beware that they have a little scam going with refunds. They will take your info but never contact you to actually give you a refund. They claim only the manager can refund transactions but that person is either very incompetent or knowingly not refunding transactions.

Purchased 2 individual cakes for $15Carrot & Ferrero, the cakes are nice and fluffy. The Ferrero is divine very delicious and chocolatey. The Carrot was also good the only thing is the cream cheese frosting was more on the cheesy side than sweeter, I prefer mine sweeter but overall delicious cakes!

I came for just one individual cake and I brought 2….The tres leches one is super delicious and doesn't make you sick and if you like chocolate the Snicker one is deli. The McAllen location customer service is wonderful.
