What a cute coffee shop! Their drinks are innovative and pretty! I had the lavender dream latte which was dreamy for sure! And the pesto sandwich! Everything was delicious! 100% recommend it!

I had been wanting a o try this place for a while now. I was near the area and decided to stop by for breakfast. I had a delicious churro iced latte with a croissant that had ham, egg, cheese, lettuce, salsa and avocado. Very cute place. Staff is very friendly. I’m going back soon to try a flight of coffees and maybe some waffles.

We are visiting McAllen from San Antonio and were looking for a cool spot to have coffee and healthy breakfast. By happenstance we found Magnolia and were so impressed!! I had the banana waffles , agave oat latte and my husband had the avocado ? toast. Everything was delicious and I especially loved that the owner uses only high quality ingredients in her food. I have an allergy to soybean and sunflower oil and she immediately was able to accommodate my needs. What a great start to our morning We had a fabulous time! This place should definitely be a “must go to” on your list!

Bout the best waffles I've ever had ..as long as you like soft waffles ?...those are my faves and normally I get them crispy, which is always disappointing to me ?
