7:30 and closing white its published they close at 8:00.Very disappointed they decided to close early and wouldn't even consider selling one last one.Terrible service terrible employee.Drove all the way here for nothing.Never ever coming back to this place.Can't trust a company that's publishes on the their web page one thing and does something else.

Really bad experience today at this place , the gentlemen that help me was not in a mood to help anyone , and when I asked him some for my order , he was just in a mood .. never going back to this place .. and the shake it was so watery ..
Went in 5 min until closing and the employee told me he couldn’t do an ice cream with marshmallows as “he had poured water on the slab and it was 5 minutes ‘til closing”; will not return

Worst customer serviceI asked if it was cheesecake ice because it didn’t taste like cheesecake and instead of saying would you like another flavor instead they said it’s cheesecake ice cream when it actually tasted like vanilla ice cream this marbles is way different from Houston’s and from Orlando last time I come to a Marbles in McAllen

So we ordered a banana split and the worker did not put any gloves on and he was touching everything looking for the banana. Then he cut it and left it on the table and went to look for the little bowl long story short THAT IS JUST PLAIN DISGUSTING!!! And I didn’t buy it after that ?
