I visit the chain restaurant occasywhen I am in the mood for loaded baked potatoe or good soup. Food was excellent but did notice the potatoes were smaller than before. Restaurant was clean, moderately busy and well staffed.

This was my first time here i decided to try it out the service was amazing everyone was helpful and assisting anyone who needed assisting. Wait time was very short maybe less then 5 minutes Food was also great I do recommend the jalapeño Turkey crunch sandwich super good!!! 10/10 I will continue to get this sandwich!. I also got it with a side of potato soup. soup was good but kinda watery but over all amazing service and great food!.

I recently went with my kids to order lunch before heading to the movie .I placed my order and we proceeded to our table .30mins or so our food starts getting to.our table except for mine. My food never made it to the table so I asked for a refund on my food or item I ordered. Manager wasn't no where to be found, while up front they had a lunch rush and still wasn't able to be found .Very unprofessional management first and last time coming to this restaurant.
Ordered pick-two from the menu, Reuben sandwich and Caesar salad.
The Reuben sandwich was great. The Caesar salad was disappointing with many limp and a few browning leaves and overly doused in dressing. All in all, the salad was marginal at best and took away from my overall lunch.

Noooo McAlister's! Why have you forsaken me? Today I went in for a soft cranberry salad croissant and I was so disappointed 😭 I was definitely expecting a nice maybe warm super croissant and instead got a super dry and stale croissant 😭😭 I would love to have said the chicken salad saved it, but it didn't. The chicken salad tasted like cardboard. The only thing saving the favor were the cranberries but they were so few of them. Super disappointed, sorry!
