Poor customer service. Told order would be 5 more minutes to wait on #3 spot. Then after 25 minutes waiting called and three minutes later,food was brought out to truck. Food was cold,no napkins,no ketchup and BO sauce.Extremely agree, late for appointment and then cold food and to top it off no required condiments AND NO NAPKINS!!!!!!!

Never turns off their online ordering, even though this is one of the few McDonald's that closes at night. Regularly have people show up with paid for orders that they can't get because the store is closed. Also no way to get a refund for those orders until their systems drops the order days later.
