Man I've had 1 to many bad experiences here but this manager isaac makes all those past bad experiences worth coming every time he's here I know he's always hustling and always gonna make any mistakes right 5 star review honestly just because of how great this guy is. He makes this McDonalds a 5 out of 5 stars someone give this guy a raise

Everything was delicious. My burger was delicious. The fries was delicious. The service was delicious. Thank you so much McDonald’s for making my day. I will try to come as much as possible to this location even though I live closer to the south location thank you everyone there that help make my meal delicious.

Highly disappointed and I would highly not recommend. Burgers smelled fishy and had burned pieces from the grill on them. Patties, fries, and nuggets were old. Threw away food because it felt wrong and off. Very bad cooks. Manager allowing this quality is disappointing. Staff at drive thru was rude and not friendly. Will never recommend.

I had never waited so long for a curbside order that was only one thing, a 6 piece happy meal ! They never came to my vehicle to bring me my food after waiting 45 minutes I got off and my food was just sitting there in the kitchen. Horrible !!!

I go inside while it’s pretty dead and get my Coke w fries. When I ask the worker about the McDonald’s code if it comes with the fries or not he says he has no idea what this code crap I’m talking about is. You guys seriously have a monopoly code promotion and ur damn employee has no idea what that is?? That’s terrible it was like talking to a brick wall

Last time I went in the drive though a lady worker messed up my order because she ended up putting my order into two orders..she said she dosent know how to fix it and just to talk to them up front when I pay.
TODAY I went inside to order out because the drive through was busy. The longest wait in a fast food. Youd think youll get your food faster when you go inside...well it didnt. I shouldve just gone and ordered outside and would probably get my food faster.
My I ordered a double quarter pounder all the way, no pickles..my order ended up plain with mayo and cheese only. When my daughter opened her happy meal she was shocked to see that her burger had a bite on it! Literally someone took a bite on it.
That is why im leaving this review. Who knows what else the cook or servers had done to any meals. Definitely dont trust it. Please fix this problem. That is not sanitary and absolutely disturbing. I can't believe it.

honestly don’t recommend coming to **McDonald’s on Trenton in McAllen, Texas. Every time I come here, the service is super slow and the orders take forever to come out — even when it’s not busy. What makes it worse is that the managers are never actually doing anything to help. They just stand around while the line gets longer and longer. The workers seem overwhelmed, and the whole place feels disorganized. My orders have been wrong more than once, and it’s honestly just frustrating. This location needs way better management and faster service.

I got breakfast it was pretty nice and cheap that I blocked pancakes and steak with egg and hash browns. Wasn't loud and had brand new seats to sit on.
