Poor customer service and food quality. None of the evening crew wanted to be here today including management. Very rude attitudes and customer avoidance. Will not come back to spend my hard earned money on a family dinner here. Poor food quality and the dining room was empty.

I try to avoid this McDonald's like the plague even though it's so close to my home. Why? Because every time I have given it a go I am always told to move up, park in a space, and wait. Not only do I have to wait but other customers too. Then when I get my food it's warm at best and fries aren't even fresh. Twice they gave me the wrong order. They move customers up so they can cheat the system and say they are attending customers quickly but they are not. Fast food & service means I order and I get my food at the next window maybe a minute topd. I have never had this issue with other McDonald's and for one meal at that. The Manager needs to improve their process.

Service - every single time I have gotten food from here, I had to wait at least 7 or 8 minutes regardless if it’s just me or if there’s a line, which there often is, probably because they’re really slow. On top of this, when I’m working night shift and I want to eat here, from about 3:20 AM to 4:30 AM they are always saying they’re closed because they’re prepping for breakfast, I’ve never worked at a McDonalds, but I am truly doubting, it takes an hour to prep, there has to be some sort of loophole the employees are doing to get away with stretching the time out to make it an hour but I don’t believe it to be true, if so, then it should also take an hour if not more to set up for the larger normal daytime menu, but we all know it doesn’t. Food - my coworkers have had bad experiences such as food being room temperature at best but from my experience it has been good, the fries don’t taste old and are hot, the main entrees are always hot and prepared normally with no problems so that is at least a good thing, one bad thing however is I like ordering the strawberry banana smoothie and every time they give it to me, it’s always dripping with the smoothie and sticky, so watch out for that. Overall, It sucks this is the closest McDonalds that I feel comfortable going to, but at least it’s not the Burger King across Jackson.

I stopped at the McDonald’s in Pharr, Texas and it was a terrible experience. They’re definitely not truck-driver friendly. I walked up to the drive-thru just wanting a simple coffee, and they wouldn’t serve me at all. They couldn’t even come on the speaker to say, “Hey, we can’t take walk-ups.” Nothing. Just ignored.
The only bright spot was an employee who was outside cleaning the trash cans — he offered to go inside and get my order for me, which I appreciated, but there’s no reason he should have to do that just so someone can buy a coffee.
If they can’t communicate or offer basic courtesy, I don’t see why I’d ever stop here again. I won’t be eating at this location anymore.

I normally don’t complain, but the service was absolutely awful today. If zero stars were option I would have chosen that. Waited half an hour for frappes ordered through the app. We were told to park and wait and our food never came. We got out and went to grab a bag of cold food. Drove off to drop my daughter at school. Came back ten minutes later and coffees were still not ready. The manager was no help, just young and inexperienced. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst experience EVER!! We waited 25 minutes in line for a three item order and the lady at the front desk was walking back and forth, on her phone, and wouldn’t even look in our direction. They took everyone else’s orders, but didn’t make ours. By the time we went in TWICE to tell them, they just brushed us off and let us keep waiting. I do NOT recommend.

I don’t know if is a franchise or a McDonald’s thing, but you have to be begging for ketchup, either they do not give any or if you ask they give you 1 or 2 for a family of 4. It is ridiculous and if you ask for more either they ignore you or they make faces.
