I don’t know if is a franchise or a McDonald’s thing, but you have to be begging for ketchup, either they do not give any or if you ask they give you 1 or 2 for a family of 4. It is ridiculous and if you ask for more either they ignore you or they make faces.

NEVER do Curbside at this location. They always take forever to bring your food. If they take 20min to give it to you through the window, they'll take almost an hour for a curbside order.

Outer drive through lane wasn’t working so I drove up to order at the window. Repeated my order three times and was sent to park in the curbside where I waited 20 minutes. Ended up going inside and my order was already done but just left there in the front. Food was cold.

I hate this location so much. Morning, afternoon, or night, you guys have to get something wrong or forget something, every. single. time. I've had to turn back around, and I am not exaggerating, every single time I go. Food is often not even hot. And why ask what sauce I want if you're just going to forget to put it in the bag anyway? Worst McDonalds in the valley, and that says a lot. Every single person there forgets the sauce every time. First or second time, no big deal. But across several shifts, different days, multiple people? It's almost on purpose.

Went for the pokemon kid meal launch. Without letting us know they didn’t have any they still charged us and gave us some trash sonic garbage. Thanks for letting me know I wasn’t purchasing what was in the screen. This McDonald’s is garbage. Dude at the front looked like he hated his life which I would believe.
