I’m really frustrated because this keeps happening. I always order my burgers without condiments, and almost every time I get the wrong order. Today it happened three times in a row. When I went back down, instead of remaking it correctly, they just handed me a burger with no condiments and cold cheese — that’s not what I ordered, and it’s not acceptable.
I’m not trying to be difficult, but I expect to receive the food the way I order it, and this is becoming a constant issue. I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed so it doesn’t keep happening.

This store cares nothing about customer service, especially DoorDash orders. Only pick up these orders in person. Incompetent. Still no fries. Ordered again and called, manager hung up on me. Point taken.

Ordered on the app and picked up through the drive through a few minutes ago. Amazing service and everything was correct! Absolutely no wait time and that's because we pulled up immediately after I placed the order! Everything tastes fresh and amazing! 🙏🏻👍🏻

Visiting from san antonio long drive and came here and regret it. worst customer service ever from the drive thru employee taking your order and even at the window paying and even getting my food !! like wthell everything they gave me was cold and old and ask all three of them can i have my food fresh and they said ok and it wasn’t and just they way they spoke was lazy and un knowledgeable. so i had to go inside and remake my order and all the employees and manager were just standing around and laughing . need a change in management that’s how you get your employees to do what they supposed to
