Managers and employees to worried only about drive thru customers and dont aknowlwdge customers at the counter. I was at the counter waiting for about 5 min and just wasted my time. Horrible cuatomer service.

I'm not one to complain publicly about fast foods experience, but this has been by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever visited. The guy on the speaker was incredibly rude and was upset when I asked him to repeat himself cause I couldn't understand him. When I pulled up to pay they didn't say anything other than to pull to the parking spot cause my order wasn't ready. I waited over 20 minutes, the line was completely empty. When I finally got my order, the guy bringing it was just as rude and didn't even wait for me to properly grab the bag for him to let go, and almost dropped the whole thing. He didn't say a thing and just walked away. I was missing a cheeseburger but at that point the hastle was not worth it and left. This is not the first time this specific location was absolutely terrible. Every visit is awful and the service is terrible.

Hit or miss with this McDonald's. The customer service is horrible. They were going to deny my online order that was already paid for because I got here at 10:31am right when they start their lunch menu. They knew I got upset so they hesitated to make the order but did.

Can't take and order correctly always missing something or giving what they want worst place in
I went at 2:40ish Saturday and was going to order just a hot and spicy chicken sandwich. I was the register area waiting to Oder my food and no one attended me while the asst. manager was there with 2 other employees talking and talking and one of them cursing. After a min of waiting I was trying to catch there attention and they just saw me and came very slow. The asst manager refuse to take my order and called the manager. I will be calling corporate office Monday morning and I hope they can see the video where the employees were talking and hear them saying foul langue in-front of customers. I will never come here again and will be letting family and friends know about this situation. I will also let the public know the customer service is very unprofessional here.

I ordered 20 pieces nuggets and 2 apple pies and it took 35 minutes for me to receive all my food. The 3 girls that were at the cashier all shared one brain cell. My food was cold when I received it. I’ve never had such terrible drive thru service.
