This place has always had decent service, they do take a while sometimes and that's why I give it 3 stars. I went today to buy some food and ordered the J Balvin which came out to $10. I found this to be a lot of money and later learned that you're supposed to get the mcflurry for free. I wonder why the cashier didn't tell me or even make it free.

Didn't have much of an experience they told me they were closed 10 minutes before they actually are supposed to close. Hire people that want to work and want the experience cuz the people you have there right now are just making you all look bad

Awful experience yesterday we went to McDonald's on nolana and 23rd in McAllen and ordered a bundle pk#3 came home and began eating then my granddaughter sees a hair on her cheeseburger so I take a photo and called McDonald's up and the manager Alex said he was sorry and if I wanted to come in for a REFUND I told him that I couldn't go in again but I would probably tomorrow . I called today and spoke with him again today and he said that he wouldn't be able to give me the REFUND cuz he spoke with the supervisor and he DECIDED the REFUND ?. I told him that I was going to put up a photo of the cheeseburger and a review. I wasn't going to go to that restaurant anymore and that it wasn't about the money or food it was about them lying to me all alone making me believe that they really we're sorry about the HAIR in the food. These ppl don't care about what you eat.
Went in to buy lunch. , cashier which also seemed to be the manager , was touching money , answering the phone etc., and he was also packaging the food and touching the fries. We are in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. This is not safe.

As always good food. Pretty healthy stuff also. Use the online app and you will save $ and get more. Fill out online survey using receipt and next time get buy one/get one free McMuffin or Quarter Pounder with Cheese (sometimes a Big Mac instead). The Quarter Pounder with Cheese is made from fresh beef now, not frozen, and tastes way better than before. Parking. Drive thru. Senior discount. And you can stay as long as you want. Handicapped accessable.
