Did not enjoy the new sign in with your purchase to use the internet. After trying to log in It showed the order did not exist. The cashier had to make a new order to log in. And now the internet usage is timed.

The tea is very good, the coffee has been bitter when I order it. I would try to come to study here but the wifi has been really bad and wont let you connect if too many are on it which is kinda disappointing aswell as now every two hours you gotta buy more drinks to even use the internet. Make sure you bring your things charged because there is not many outlets. Lighting can also be kinda bad since there isn't many lights inside and it gets dark after like 6. Staff is very nice but the no wifi and lighting sucks.Update: went to give it another try now you can only use the wifi for two hours unless you keep buying drinks. Still smells weird inside and always looks dirty (specially restrooms almost all the time)

Great Pour Over, Americano average quality, espresso quite good.If coming for pour over only that is a 5-star cafe. But I think no one cares as everyone takes just sweet iced drinks :)I like this place

I really like their vibe and it smells weird in the place, definitely not crazy bad, but it’s there. I really love their coffee and pricing, though I don’t recommend the sweets. It is way better than any of your Starbucks and commercial places, on top of being better than a majority of coffee places there.Dietary restrictions: They do have non-diary options!

The outside is nice but when I went in, it looks dirty. The restroom was definitely dirty and gross. Staff was not friendly at all. Will not go be going back.

Very rude staff, heard manager is very money hungry and stingy. Pastries are over priced so eat before you get there because they will tell you something if you bring outside food especially when they’re charging $5 for a plain hard rock chocolate chip cookie and $10 for a spinach wrap that has a expiration date from YESTERDAY. I think that’s why they don’t have the menu up anymore on the wall so they can charge differently every transaction. Coffee prices are always changing and I order the same thing every time, they don’t even use the proper lids for the coffee that you order. The bathrooms never have toilet paper or napkins and last time every single one of the stalls were clogged so use the bathroom before you come unless you want to piss yourself. Not to mention how hot it is in here. Literally can’t come in here without breaking a sweat so you can leave the jacket at home. All the seats are torn and uncomfortable. No staff welcomes you in and I’ll be here and study and never see employees cleaning the tables and seats in between which is gross and lazy. The trash cans are overflowing and staff will walk right by and not do a thing about it. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to correct all these things, there’s even tables without chairs ??? Am I supposed to sit on top of the table? If you don’t have the chairs for the tables REMOVE THEM, it just makes it more cluttered. I ordered a coffee and usually there’s a paper on it that says what you ordered with your name on it and I’m sure they ran out of paper and again are being too cheap to replace it so they just give you a plain cup with no name on it. It’s so un-personal and just not inviting nor welcoming and coffee tastes different every time, this time it was absolutely HORRIBLE, I didn’t even drink it nor did I bother to request a new one because the manager doesn’t like to waste cups. Also the manager will go around the coffee shop telling everyone to make sure to purchase something which seems very intrusive, can I get a hello first? That’s because I had purchased a overly priced water bottle but put it on the side of my backpack then was told to make sure I bought something, and weirdly felt the need to place the water bottle on the table so he wouldn’t bother me again and could visually see the purchase I made. Stingy and greedy, it’s gross. I would recommend going to a different and NICER coffee shop like solum, semilla, reserva, labyrinth, jitterz, nerve, or common space. All of those coffee places are amazing and have great service and staff, very clean atmosphere and the lighting is way better and it’s not so hot and uncomfortable, you can count on the restrooms not being clogged and not getting over charged, with better quality food and drinks.

MoonBeans has been my go to study spot for the past four years. Up until recently I will no longer be coming here considering that the owner made me feel so uncomfortable. He came up to me twice, saying that I needed to buy a drink or I would have to leave. Although I do understand that business is business, I still do not think it is okay to go up to people persistently as they are studying and have them buy a drink when you say so. I wanted to take my time and order when I wanted to, not when the owner says so. Overall that interaction was so uncomfortable, and definitely made me never want to go back again.

This place used to be top notch with their original location. (Beers, coffee, on the spot fresh paninis, stuffed animals above a stage and a huge peace sign painted on the wall, hanging outside in group, era) maybe I’m just reminiscing too much idk.Of course, times change for the better but…..the digital ordering at the coffee bar.. feels very disconnecting from baristas/customers.I think that’s why I hardly go nowadays on top of the music sucking.Update your playlist, I don’t want to listen to Kesha or a wild 106.3 playlist.Coffee is still great, tastes a bit different every other time.Bring back cute random mugs!! ?️ily forever moonbeans even though you turned slightly lame. ❤️OH yeah. They don’t give out water if they ran out of “water cups” lol? I pointed and said uh.. can you just give me a plastic cup that’s there? They said they weren’t allowed to.

I have seen Moonbeans go through a lot of phases throughout the years, but today’s experience had to be the most disappointing. As soon as we walked in, no one greeted us or even wanted to take our order. We submitted our own order on a kiosk and sat down in a dark and empty shop. The coffee was okay, but the atmosphere really what did it for us. We didn’t even want to stay and hangout so we took our coffee to-go.
