Delicious Mexican enchiladas (not Tex-Mex, smothered in sauce—which is great if that’s what you seek, just not here). The red kind with crumbly white cheese. Side of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion. Mashed beans and rice on the side. Also highly recommend tostadas La Siberia: large crunchy tortilla with smashed avocado, generous portion of shredded chicken breast , topped with crema (ask to skip if you want), and topped with another tostada. Side of jalapeño. Lean and delicious! They make tacos as well, corn and flour. Tortas and burgers too. Daily specials. Fast turnaround for to-go. Recommend calling in your order and asking about daily specials, which include a drink. Fresh salads or chicken salad also available. I had the special of the day: Mexican hamburger. It’s a cheeseburger with a slice of ham and avocado. The combo was reasonably priced, but it didn’t come with fries—just a bag of chips. The burger lacked flavor, but it wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t order the burger again, but I wouldn’t be opposed to returning.
